Default Knock sensors and idiot light still comes on ?
Just replaced both knock sensors (2004 Suburban Z71) the engine icon still comes on any suggestions

Frist is important to read the codes of the injection with a scanner. Can be something simple to repair or can be the motorhead with problem for example.
