Default Leak Front Passenger Floor 2011 Suburban

I have noticed after a very heavy rain that the floor carpet is wet/damp on the front passenger side. The rubber floor mat is dry on top, so water must be finding its way behind the carpet from under the dash.
I've tried soaking the area outside with a hose with no results.
Has anyone else had this happen or know where/what it could be?
Thanks

2014 LTZ air conditioner line plugged. Used a 12" wire tie to clear the line, It's under the hood passenger side.

I think you meant to say that the climate control box isnt draining water properly. Am I correct?

BurbLTZ is probably right but it isn't actually an air conditioning line but a drain tube for the HVAC housing.. As condensation gathers in the bottom of the housing it is supposed to exit through the drain and dump through the firewall and on to the ground.. If they drain gets clogged the condensation fills the bottom of the housing and then spills down the inside of the firewall and puddles under your carpeting or floor mat in the right front floorboard... It is very common and you can clear the clog with a long wire tie ( I blow the clogs out with compressed air from under the firewall myself)... However, if you are experiencing Coolant loss also the wetness in the floorboard could be antifreeze from the heater core.. They commonly spring leaks where the heater tubes attach to the core which allows the antifreeze to flow back the outside of the tube(s) and flow down the inside of the firewall and accumulating under the right front floor mat also.. You can usually tell by the smell if it is antifreeze or just water from condensation.

Rednucleus, that is true... He did say that and he also said that he soaked the area with a water hose and couldn't get it to leak..

Where is the tube that needs to be cleared?
Do you access from under or from topside under hood?
Thanks

About 3/4 of the way down the firewall on the passenger side, close to the back of the right front fender well. Some can be reached from the top but it is easier to get to from underneath.. It is actually a round plastic tube that is about a half inch wide that sticks through the firewall with a rubber elbowed hose about a inch long on the end of it directing the water flow down on to the ground.. Be forewarned though that if it is clogged up and you clear the dirt and debris to unclog it, it will drain as much as a quart of dirty water on you.. It can be messy. It can usually be found about a foot below the point where your heater hoses and AC lines go through your firewall.

If lots of water comes out, you probably fixed it. If not much than another leak needs to be found
