Default Leaking from front overhead light

There is water leaking from the overhead console light and dripping into the cup holder area. I have checked the drains in the sunroof and they are good. When I got this car, the sunroof motor was seized from rust if that helps.
I can’t figure out how or where the water is coming from. Plz help

remove or lower the console light. have someone spray the roof with a garden hose (do not use a pressure washer). you sit inside and watch for signs of entry. have the hoser move the water over any seal... ie sunroof, cellular antenna, windshield etc.
if needed drop the headliner. to help locate the source of entry.

in the celluar antenna is near the dome light start there. if that is the entry site. remove it, clean and apply rtv sealant to the gasket and re-install.

I have tried the water running over the car and can seem to see where it is coming from. Like I said, the sunroof motor had rust in it and was locked up a few months ago but I’m not sure how the water would be getting to it

@brister004
Welcome.

Try the troubleshooting tech2 suggested and post your results.

It's been 4 years since zkdawg visited this forum so I don't think he'll answer you. You should probably make your own thread instead of piggy-backing.
At minimum, post your vehicle info please. Thanks.
