Default LED Headlights

I install LED Low & High beams in my 04 Suburban ,but I am having one issue. When I turn on the High Beams the Low Beams turn off. I've done some research, but can not find any info on this issue.

Are you sure the low beams stayed on with your high beams when you had the standard bulbs in? The reason I ask is because my wife's 04 Tahoe didn't.
