Default Leveling out a 2005 hoe

I want to level out the front end of my 2005 Tahoe 4wd. I know that i can adjust the torsion bars and then get the vehicle realligned but is there a better way to do this? i have seen the torsion keys but do not know anyone that has used them. Any ideas?

Thanks Stefan
