License plate lights.... replacement issues.
Hey all. I have a 2006 suburban. The right license plate light bracket was broken ( dont even know how ) then the light itself was ripped off the back of my burban while in a parking lot by some brat. 
Anyway picked up my parts. OEM Lamp, socket and bulb. How do I change this out? I would seem easy but somehow my new light wont come on. I'm stumped.
Anyone have a step by step for this ? LOL !
