Default Lifter ticking after rebuilding engine

Hello to all still at it with this burban. So I was going to swap motors but after speaking to the mechanic who diagnosed the bad lifter I decided to rebuild.
things done,
timing and chain
new cam
new lifters
new high flow oil pump
Rebuilt heads
And the obvious all new gaskets

Just did the 1st start this evening and this thing is ticking like a typewriter, oil pressure was at 60ish once warm droop to below 20psi.
engine idles fine no misfires but is loud with the tick anyone know what could be the cause or what I did wrong? I am getting a code for bank 1-2 too lean which I’m going to dig into this tomorrow.

yes I did, all new OEM lifters from Rockauto check your cam while you’re in there as well. Should be gtg.
mine is quite and smooth solid rig now.

try checking your your valve springs and rockers prior to removing the heads unless u have running issues and misfires. These 5.3s are too easy and simple to work on.
