Lightning Striking Twice???
Hello all, brand new here, I have a question. I just traded off my '00 Suburban 1500 after five good years of service and upgraded to a '02 Suburban 2500. My question is has anyone ever experienced the follwing situation?
When starting the truck it will start up, but not idle, as in it starts and the RPM'S immediatly drop off and the truck dies. After retrying it 2-4 times the dash goes dark and you have absolutely no power. This occurs at random intervals and under varying conditions. I have tried playing with the ignition and starter relay's and/or just letting it sit and eventually it starts and runs fine. Usually within five minutes. The title of my post refers to the fact that this has happened with both of my 'burb's. So either it must be fairly common or I am the unluckiest man alive.
Help me.
