Default Lockpick: PAC-Audio or Coastal e Tech?

Within the week I am taking delivery of a 2010 Burb LTZ.
I like to find out from my senior friends (experience, not age) their personal experiences and learn what is best available.
I would like to add an iPod interface cable so I will have the ability to control and view songs with the tagging info on the display.
I am also interested in disabling the DVD front screen lock-out when in motion. I don't plan to add side or front cameras, but thought the GMX550 looked pretty full featured.
So what do think? Any install advice?

Did they get rid of the 30 second timeout or do you still have to reset?

No timeout. They way its programmed - press the mute button on the steering wheel twice, the program opens, 4 times for the dvd opertation on the front screen while in motion.

So once the Lockpick is energized, you can enter addresses etc no matter how long it may take?

Follow up question about lockpick 6: Will it work with 2011 Suburban? Web site only lists up to 2010. My intuition would be yes but I just wanted some confirmation. Thanks in advance for any help.

Got an e-mail back from Coastal. They confirmed it WILL work on 2011 models.

cool if you get it update on how you like it. It looks like the new version has some nice updates. I like that you can use your DIC menu
