Low idle

Low idle
I have a 93 GMC Suburban and my tach is showing an idle speed of 100-200 RPMs and it idles a little rough. It idles the same in drive or in park. There is no Check engine light at all and it does work. Could it be the gauge or is there a sensor that needs to be changed. Please help! Thannks.
