Default Maintenance on a new purchase

Hi all - about to throw down on a 2004 Suburban with the Stabilitrack AWD/full time 4WD system with about 225k km. PO has had it for about 4 years but hasn't done much to it apart from brake lines and other brake maintenance. What should I be looking at doing first? From what I have read diff drains and refills should be high on the list of priorities, anything else?

Check all fluids and replace as needed - engine oil, transmission, axles, coolant, transfer case, power steering, brakes.

Listen for a whining fuel pump. They tend to die right around that amount of mileage, and it's a PITA because you have to drop the entire fuel tank.

Check that all the power windows operate smoothly both up and down.

Check the A/C system - make sure it blows cold and operates properly.

+1 on the A/C - I already know that it needs service and likely has a slow leak somewhere in the system. I plan on starting with a recharge and see where that gets me. Thanks for the info on the fuel pump, I was not aware of this.
