But they did in the 09's. My bro in law has the same exact truck as mine. 6.2l with brake controller.
My truck was close to 57k sticker. GMS was right about 50k then GM had rebates of 2k. so 48k or so. It was 51k OTD for me.

Love the truck. Dont drive as much as others so dont realize if I have the other issues mentioned.
The 6.2L is sweet though

Default really?

the GM one? built into the dash? because on the web site, if you selected the 6.2L you couldn't add the built in brake controller... then again GM's web site is $hit...

My 2007 MSRP was $51,085, invoice was $46,504.13, GM employee was $44,319.53, and supplier was $46,310.53. That was in early 2006.

The 2010 I just ordered MSRP is $57,290 and supplier is $53,988.15. The margin has dropped from 9% to 6%. Probably won't take delivery 'til Feb so don't know what, if any, incentives will be available then.

My bro in law didn't order his truck... but he found a summit white 2009 LTZ with a factory brake controller about one state away. That wasnt the deciding factor. The summit white and 6.2l is what he was after, like me.

I have his build sheet and a few pics of its if you are interested

Sheer silver 4WD LTZ w/ HD trailer pkg, 2-spd transfer case (auto transfer case is now std), 3.42 axle ratios, chrome wheels, trailer brake controller, side blind zone alert, & RSE. Everything else is now standard on the LTZ. Didn't get sunroof or power boards.

Ordered on Friday the 13th (probably a bad omen) and it's scheduled to be built Dec 7 (Pearl Harbor Day). Very surprised that it's being built that soon. Must be slow in the large SUV market.

Thought about getting the new Black Granite paint but after three black vehicles, decided enuf is enuf. If anyone is considering BG paint, it can only be ordered 'til 12-31-09.

MSRP = $57,290 (ouch)
Supplier discount = $53,988

Now got to detail mine and sell it.

Shark - Sounds great. Everything you want!

What 20" wheels? The chrome clad? My truck came with those. I was not to fond of them and had the dealer switch them out to the 5 spoke polished.

The polished wheels chrome plated are bad ***.. saw the exchange on Ebay for like $890 or so. Used that company b4 as well and they are top notch. That will be my wheels switch when it's time.

We bought out Tahoe about 3 weeks ago and took advantage of the 0% interest. Ours is a 2WD LTZ and the sticker was just a touch under 56k. Even with the 0% we were offered several discounts including $500 off for not taking the 60 day return deal. All said and done we paid $49k and change for it out the door. I felt like I got a great deal.

Originally the wheels were going to be chrome clad because the dealer assurred me that they weren't the chrome plastic glued on to the wheel. Several days later a Silverado came in w/ chrome clad and sure enuf, they were plastic. Needless to say I changed the order to the 5-spoke chrome plated wheels.

i1again:
we were offered several discounts
What other discounts were available? I'd heard about the $500 one for not doing the 60 day return option but not others. Thanks.
