Misfire at idle cylinder 7 only

Misfire at idle cylinder 7 only
Hey all
constant cy7 misfire at idle only once reved up to over 1k rpm mis goes away. I’ve swapped out injector plug, wire, and coil also did compression test came at 185psi and held the compression for around 10 min before I released it.
what else can be the issue to look at? New lifters lifters,head gasket cam installed 2 weeks ago. Combustion test performed on cooling system as well just can’t get rid of this mis, plus I just swapped out the oil pressure sending unit and screen with a fresh oil change. Plus boroscoped the cylinder while turning and both intake and exhaust valves are opening and closing.
