Car was just detailed and now my lights won't turn off. Is there a computer reset??

 

What year tahoe? Is it dark out?

Did you try to yank the negative battery cable off?

Yes I would try to take the negative/black/ground cable off the battery. It should get the lights off. It is probably only a temporary fix, however it should get them off. Once you take it off, if they go off just set the terminal back on the post and see if the lights stay off or come back on!
