Has anyone successfully overrode the nav sytem so they can use the navigation without putting the hoe in park? Sorry I searched but nothing came up. If anyone knows how to do this I'd appreciate it.

do a search on this site, or the web...for "coastaletech" or "lockpick"...either should get you links to the information you are looking for.
and welcome to the board.
