I in advance am sorry if I shall repeat. But I have seen all forum and have not found the answer.
At me such problem, I have bought Navigation unit number 25846420. When I have established that have received only the white screen there are no inscriptions about blocking. At us in Russia collect Chevrolet Tahoe in it system Bose non lux is established. Prompt please that I should make still to receive inscription THEFTLOCK. At us system OnStar is not established. Below I have attached pictures for presentation.

I think I get the basic message here...you bought a nav, you installed it, but you only get this white screen? You're wondering if it should say THEFTLOCK?

When you start the vehicle it should say THEFTLOCK. The white screen I have never seen this before but I think you may have a bad radio.
