73shark, Mad Dawg and the other poster are right, get the bigger diameter rotors. I tow with stock LTZ 20" wheels (2006) and I should get bigger rotors all around. I would not go with any larger wheel without first upgrading the rotors to larger diameter. How about bigger brakes and smaller wheels?
