Default Need Help! 2019 Suburban AC fan noise

Hello All,

Hoping someone has come across this weird problem and has a fix, I have a 2019 Suburban Premier recently bought used. I just changed out the engine air filter and cabin air filter both very dirty and overdue of course.
After changing the cabin air filter from a extremely dirty and leaf packed one to a brand new one I am getting a loud humming type noise when the AC fan is turned up all of a sudden.

Does anyone know why that would be and what I can do to fix it, I was pretty sure the airflow arrow goes down and that is how I reinstalled the new air filter.

Thanks,
Wes

if there's leaves in your filter, then there's probably leaves in the blower and cowl, so you'll need to clean it all out. No idea how that got past your AC evaporator and heater core.

Did you ever figure this out? I started having this problem a few months back and would like to fix it. It sounds like something got caught in the air system somehow. It also sounds like a large fan.

I'd think about pulling the blower fan assembly out and taking a look-see.
