Amen to that... I also did behind the seals and your right lots of dirt and debris behind that top seal... I ran some errands this morning after doing the lube to the seals yesterday evening and WOW what a difference, no more creaks, squeaks and rattling sounds!... now I just need to figure out how to quite the one third row seat I keep in the truck, It tends to rattle a bit when folded up.
