if i was you i would get either 1 13.5" W7 or 2 12" pioneer premier champion series. but it all depends on how cheap is cheap. if you want cheaper stuff try kickers or RE audio. the RE audio is very good for the money. i had 2 15's and it sounded great. its sounded good just at regular volumes and when you turn it up it handles the power.

Kickers are decent. JBLs, are to not sure on the price though. My stepbrother has won trophies with 2 10inch JBLs. course the amps and the wiring were a fortune.

the smaller the sub the more decent the bass will be..the bigger the sub the louder the bass(if u want to be heard from 2 blocks).. people think because the speakers are bigger the bass is lower.. but NO THATS WRONG its just louder.. thats my 2 cents considering i messed with home and car audio for almost 7 years lol

I have two 12" kickers solobaric L7's with an amp and capacitor in my '02 Tahoe and they sound pretty good. You have to get the right type of amp and setup so that it all works together. They can get pretty loud (bass wise), so much that everything vibrates like crazy. That should be good enough. Make sure you get a box that's made just right. A box has a lot to do with how your speakers will sound, whether it be enclosed or open.

Agree with you gotstylez, small subs creates a decent bass rather big subs.
