What we're looking at is your lower control arm (what the shock and torsion bar is connected to). Above that is your frame. Between the two (the part in question) is your control arm bumper, also referred to as a jounce bumper. That's what limits your suspension from bottoming out too far, and gives you rubber to steel instead of steel on steel. The bumper has an integrated center bolt that screws into the frame. The top half and bottom half on yours have gone their separate ways.

That's a control arm bushing, for where the arm mounts and pivots on the frame. That's not what you want.
You're looking for a "bumper", not a bushing. I've found them for the S-series trucks (S10, S15), but haven't been able to find for full size trucks. That might be a dealer only part.
You could try GM Parts Direct: Your direct source for Genuine GM Parts, but knowing what part # you need will help your search.

You didn't give many details on the truck other than it's a 2000 Suburban with a 5.3L, but I hope this helps:
It appears to be a front suspension "Bumper".

Part#15153959 if the truck is a 4x4 and a Z71 suspension package.
Part#15153958 if the truck is a 4x4 with suspension codes: ZQ1, ZW7, ZX3, Z55, Z83 OR Z85.

Part#12474008 if the truck is only a RWD.

I don't work for a GM dealer but this is the best I can come up with.
So you should check with your local shop and see if you can match them up.

So what is a chassis 1500 (normal since the engine)
It is a 4x4 and it is not a Z71

I'll watch with references on the internet because our concessions do not know the suburban or have a very high price. I'm in France;-)

I just tried to order GM PartsDirect but first I have to send a bank check. I find that a bit tedious operation. I should take appointment with my bank to make a bank check, send to the USA and only then will my order be taken into account.

The longest is up to the Chevrolet and remove the wheel.
