Tahoe & Suburban The power, space, and brutal towing ability make the Tahoe and its longer sibling, the Suburban, arguably the best full size SUV's on the market today.

Back up camera is an added option for 2007. 2008 maybe different, but I would check into it more.

Am I the only one that has the power boards on my Suburban? I think it looks a hell-of-a-lot better then the standard boards, andI also lovethe "oh-shhhit" effect when someone opens the door...

I want the power running boards for my Tahoe too. I am with you Summit, the power boards look much better. I thought they were not worth the extra money when I bought my tahoe, now I wish I had them. I am trying to locate a kit so that i can have them installed but I am not having much luck with that. Summit, cam you post a few picks of yours with the board up and one with the board retracted? I still havent seen how they look when the retract out. thanks in advance.

The looks are O.K. but I specifically did not want them. In the winter I had a feeling they would get full of snow, Ice, and salt and it was only a matter of time before they corrode or fail. I have already talked with one guy who has had that issue so I believe my concerns were justified.

You may be right, only time will tell?

My buddy has an 04 Navigator with the power boards and has no problems what so ever, and we both live in the north east witch is hit hard every year with snow and ice.
