Default New here 1999 Suburban Questions...

I just sold my 1996 Tahoe and decided to buy a Suburban... Well I did a lot of looking and found a 1 owner 1999 4x4 with 157k on it. I want to put 33" tires, mild lift, & dual exhaust. I was looking at a lift on ebay that comes with spacers and tortion keys... Everyone says not to waste my time with it and go with a body lift. I would like to see pictures of some with the body lift... Here ia a pic of it now... What do you guys reccomend I do to it? I am planning to take the running boards off when I do the lift and tires...
