Default New MPG Rating for Tahoe

Thereare often questions regarding the Tahoe's actual fuel mileage vs.claimedsticker mileage. There alsoquestions regarding E85 mileage in comparison to regular . As most probablyknow, the EPA is changing the mileage ratings for all vehicles. If you haven't alreadydone so, you can search and compare old and New EPA MPG estimates for the Tahoe or any other vehicleat the site linkbelow. The hybrids take the biggest MPG loss with the new ratings. Click hereforMPG Estimates Site

Thanks for the link. I am hoping once my engine breaks in that I will get the 14 mpg that the new epa figures estimates for us.

Why it makes you feel better. Even tho it costs more both because the gov't subsidizes it and because you get worse mileage. And even tho the jury is still out, it's about a 50-50 proposition on whether or not it takes more energy to produce than you get back.

Or as my salesman at the dealership said about the E85....."Who's country would you rather support?"
