noob question about O2 sensor

Default noob question about O2 sensor

Hello i'm new here but have a question, my 95 k1500 suburban has a fuel smell from the exhaust . was told to check the O2s. .Auto zone says I have 3 Advanced said I have 2..I found 1 and its in front of the cat. can some one tell me the right number . And if the O2 sensor woulf make the exhaust smell like fuel.recently changed EGR ,threw a code so changed it. many thanks for your help

AutoZone's website only has two listed, however, they're named "number two," and "number three."

Number two:
Under hood, passenger side, lower engine area, mounted on exhaust manifold above pipe flange

Number three:
Under vehicle, passenger side, below seating area, front of catalytic converter, mounted in exhaust pipe
