I followed the process of unlocking the door, first with remote #1, putting the key in the ignition, and setting the memory settings. I repeated this with remote #2, but I must be doing something wrong because the seat and mirrors don't move when I unlock the vehicle with the different remotes. If we're certain the capability is there, I'll keep trying. I just didn't want to spend any more time on something that wasn't possible.

Are you pressing the corresponding door numbered button and holding 'til you get the two chime signal?

Default option

Pressing and holding the 1,2 on the drivers side near your left arm sets them with the beep beep.

Now, go into the Driver info center, and having the truck set the seat / mirrors / etc to the keyfob is an OPTION that I don't think is 'on' factory.

please check that as well.
