Ok, so my wife likes to lock the keys in her 07 Suburban. The last 2 times onstar could not do it. They had to send out a guy to do it the old fashioned way. The first time there was an issue we may have been in a "dead zone". Today how ever she was in the city. Each time this has happened, after the car was unlocked she would push the button on the mirror and onstar would connect right away...
So, why cant they unlock the suburban remotely???
