onstar issues: wont un-lock

onstar issues: wont un-lock
Ok, so my wife likes to lock the keys in her 07 Suburban. The last 2 times onstar could not do it. They had to send out a guy to do it the old fashioned way. The first time there was an issue we may have been in a "dead zone". Today how ever she was in the city. Each time this has happened, after the car was unlocked she would push the button on the mirror and onstar would connect right away...
So, why cant they unlock the suburban remotely???

I am glad that the vehicle was able to be unlocked for your wife, but I am sorry if we were unable to unlock the vehicle remotely. I would like to try to help, can you send me a PM with the VIN? Thanks, hope to hear from you soon!
