Default P0327 Fix

Hello....New member here.
my 2001 Burb is giving me a P0327 code. there was an oil leak and inorder to narrow down the culprit I decided to degrease the engine bay and hose it off with water. I also replaced the valve cover gasket and when I took it for a drive after 25 miles or so, I am now getting a SES message and the code is P0327 bank 1. Here are my questions.
1. did my cleaning the engine had anything to do with this code?
2. considering this is a 25 year old vehicle, should I go ahead and replace both knock sensors, harness, intake manifold gasket and valley pan gasket.
3. or is there an easier fix.

Any help is appreciated.

I'd wait a few days, water could be present somewhere and causing the issue.

Ask me how I know this !!!

I've had check engine codes on other vehicles after cleaning the engine, had to wait for stuff to dry.

I've had the electric motor for an above-ground pool get wet during a rainstorm, and after two days of drying out, worked fine.

I finally decided to replace the knock sensor. she is 25yrs old and I have never replaced the knock sensor. I knock sensor was all rusted and there was water in the hole. while I was at it I decided to replace the valley pan gasket, intake manifold gasket, clean all fuel injectors (I got a cleaning kit on Amazon) and clean the intake manifold of all carbon deposit. All these were original. I also thought of replacing the O ring on the crank shaft position sensor, instead of replacing the whole thing because a) the current one is working and b) it is expensive ($150 for AC Delco at the dealer). Here's my question - can I just replace the O ring. If so, where can I buy that. the dealer only sell the whole unit. Thanks in advance.
