Now these will replace the factory molding, correct?
How would i take the factory ones off, are they bolted on?

Also does this kit use that 3M tape to apply?

yep your factory one are just held on with 3m double sided tape
the new molding has it applied already

4 pieces for 4 doors just strip your factory molding and apply the new
