Default passenger brake light problem

I thought I should post this in here since I have a 1999 chevy 4x4 two door tahoe. Passenger brake/signal is not getting any power, all other lights work. Front turn signals, headlights, all running lights, both reverse lights and the drivers side brake/signal work. The passenger side turn signal blinks like the bulb is out but all the bulbs are good. I checked all the connectors up to the firewall and the passenger side brake/signal green wire wasnt showing any volts. All fuses are good. The problem is somewhere inside the cab.

Brake signal switch? But the other brake lights work

Multifunction turn signal switch? all other turn signals work including passenger front

Turn signal relays? all other turn signals work including passenger front

I dont know what it could be? Any ideas?

Has to be a broken wire or bad connection somewhere.

Can we rule out the multifunction switch since the driverside works?

I think so because the front turn signal still works.

Alright, I guess I will need to pull apart the dash. Does anybody know some good places to check for cut wires? Does the passenger side brake/signal wire stay dark green all the way to the multifunction switch?

Check fuses first. There may be a seperate fuse for that. I know there are seperate fuses for trailer lights.
