This one weird trick keeps your rims looking amazing after 133,000 miles...

Well, it's not weird, it's plasti dip. Ok, it is weird, it's all the fun of spray paint combined with a sunburn.

I removed the dip to get the best trade in offer, but then of course, decided to keep the car... so I had to redo the wheels and badges.
Why did GM pick puke tan color for the Chevy badge?! Black is 10x better.

Dog not included.
My should hurts from moving tires around.
I like the look of the blacked out rims, I like that I don't have to struggle to keep it clean, it always looks fine, saving me time and stress.

and, when you go to sell it, the wheels look brand new! I wonder if clear dip would work this well...
$25 at walmart and an afternoon.

OMG i hate those "1 weird trick" ads SO FREAKING MUCH. It's always something obvious, or idiotic. or both.

The dog could sure use some touchups. Shop Dog is now pushing 14 years old...

I did notice something else during this... the Chevy wheels say "made in China" on them. My Tesla wheels say "Made in USA" on them... so... there's that

 

made in China means a lower price tag for you

 

It also means they might disintegrate on you when you least expect it.

 

But, NOW you can afford to replace it!
