While troubleshooting an issue yesterday, I noticed a fuse in the Police upfitter location. Now I did purchase my vehicle used, but I have plenty of family members who are police officers of some type (state and federal level). Now I have a 2019 Burb RST Z71, pretty much loaded with DVD, leather, and captain chairs for 2nd row. I did find out this was a fleet vehicle when it was purchased new, but I got it with less than 45K miles. Now I know a police vehicle they get the good out of a car before they sell it. The only thing that does make it look like a police vehicle is that it does have the blackout package. I just found it strange to see a fuse here.

 

Checking the RPO codes will tell you how the truck was built at the factory. A subscription to alldatadiy.com will give access to a shop manual to see what fuses control or terminate where / what. components and wire colors.
