2019 Suburban just clicks when starting
Tried starting this morning and it just clicks. One click, tried jumping and no go, checked fuses and all are good. Getting correct volts from battery and checked voltage at starter and it’s good. I could feel it click really hard when I had meter on starter and had someone try and start it.
Ideas???

Well this is strange to me. Yesterday I tried jump starting it from my pickup and it would not jump. I left it connected charging 10+ minutes. This morning the tow truck driver connects his portable jump starter and after a minute it started right up. He said it was me using a smaller v6 to jump it. I just had the battery tested and it tested ok. Drove it around town got back home and it starts with no issues. When I tried jumping it I had everything turned off (a/c. radio, etc)
Next time it just clicks, give it the "Fonzie Test": tap the starter gently with a hammer, say "Aaaaay !!!", and then try to start; if it starts up, likely a bad starter.
Likely a 2019 would still have nice, clean terminals on the battery cables, starter wires....

We don't have that issue here in Arizona. Our recently-acquired 2014 Yukon lived its previous life in the Nevada desert (garaged, of course) and its engine and underside/frame/body look exactly like the showroom still.
