So my wife went out today and opened the back door without a problem. Came home and went to open the door and it would open half way and then start to close as if the security mechanism you engage to close it. I come home and open the door and it does the same thing but if I pull on it as it get to the point it wants to close it will open all the way but as soon as it opens all the way it auto closes. Any idea. Any reset I can do

Mine was acting funny when I tried to open it manually. Stupid me, I had the automatic button on. Have you checked yours?

 

Mine is all power. There is no manual option.
