Question Power Lock Switches Not Working '99 Burb

I've recently noticed that my power lock switches aren't working. The power locks work fine with the keyless remote. I've recently replaced the master switch on the drivers side and that did not correct the problem. I looked in the fuse panel and noticed fuse #13 was blown. It is a 25 amp fuse. I had one extra and put it in there. It immediately blew the fuse as well. I also know that my back speakers don't work, I've removed them since they didn't work anyway. Could this all be a related problem? Is there a ground I should be aware of? I need some help! Thanks!

There is probably a short to ground between the lock switch and fuse
I have a similar problem on mine I just bought but the wiring all screwed up fuse reworked wrong and stuff it'd be awesome if you could send me some pictures of the wiring while your looking for the unwanted ground.

Also my mirrors and heated seats aren't workin if you feel energetic you get me some pics of those circuits too if you've got some time
