Problem of suburban rear heater
Hello,
We have a problem with the rear heater suburban.
The air is not hot. I removed everything until you get back to the radiator. It heats well but one hose is cold. There are two pipes underneath the box that enters the radiator, one is hot and the other cold.
Of where this might come from?
Radiator clogged?
If this is the case, does it drain the water completely or not?
I hope I have been clear since the translator is not great.
Thank you for your answers.

Thank you for your answer, this is what I feared.
I tried to remove the hose connections below the box but I can not do it ...
When I'm to change the coolant, I will take the time to disassemble everything and rinse thoroughly. But for this, I have found the coolant corresponding to suburban.
