Default problems accelerating 99 tahoe

new guy here

i have a 99 tahoe and i recently replaced the following

cat
all 4 o2 sensors
plugs & wires
air filter

about two months ago i had to replace my cats cause it was clogged. i went ahead and replaced everything above because it needed done. about 2 weeks ago my check engine light came on on my way home from work and it started running terrible. i work nights so when i was on my way to get the cel read the next morning it went off and was running fine. now it does this every few days and the guy at autozone said he cant read the code if the ligth is off. now it is running bad without the cel on. the more i push on the pedal the less it wants to accelerate. if i just barely push it i can slowly get up to speed but if i try to get on it the engine tries to die. sorry fro the long post im new to the forums.

also it has 140,105 miles on it
thanks in advance

so i finally got around to getting my cel read and there were 4 codes. three of my o2 sensors are bad already and it was running too lean( cause of the bad sensors). Before i replace them again what exactly would make these go bad in 2 months? i replaced the cats and the sensors
