Default Question

Hey all, I keep seeing these Chevrolet trucks on sale but I was wondering what the color signifies. Example - look at this green Tahoe - is this a government car?

You didn't post a pic of the Tahoe, Forest green was a very popular color in the late 90s so it doesn't mean it was a government car. Even if it was, what is the problem with that?

well i would imagine so, since the website is "governmentauctions.com"
it looks like a forest service vehicle, usually they are stripped out and offer bare minimal options.

My bad, I didn't know that was a link. That is one ugly color.

Jack: Welcome to the forum.

It may be my computer but it looks more like a turqoise to me.

I always see cars this color green on the highway - I was just thinking they are either DEP or something else - either way they seem to go for a better price than regular painted SUVs

Default AD?

I didn't respond to this prior because it's worded like an ad.

Not enough info; but a link, makes it sound like a question (new poster)...

I'm not sure what color sells fastest, I think it depends on the market (duh)

Right now Black seems like a popular color, a few years ago it was grey... before that white I think

some of the 80s colors hurt my eyes...

yea black seems to be the most popular right now especially with SUVs - but certain colors = organizations

I was tooling around the same site and found this today - is this considered a suburban pickup?
