Default question about center hub

i just purchased a set of 1" wheel spacers for my 2010 tahoe to make my 24s stick out a little bit further. my question is , the center hub size on my truck is 78.1 and the factory wheel fits over it nice and snug keeping the wheel centered good when i torque it down. my 24s require me to use a hub centering ring since they are 87mm. now i purchased these spacers before i thought about it but now i realize they wont sit on my hub because their center bore is 108mm. so now i will have no acutual load on my hub and it will all be on the studs. correct me if im wrong but i am assuming im going to get vibrations. i know there will be added strain on various parts but its the vibration and fatigue i want to avoid. would hate to loes a wheel at 70mph. and if they are sopose to be hubcentric how come they even make these spacers. heres the link for the ones i bought (2) 1" 6x5.5 Wheel Spacers Adapters 14x1.5 Studs - eBay (item 260750312974 end time Aug-07-11 10:29:30 PDT)

One inch spacers will put a helluva load on the studs and the wheel bearings. Spacers in general are not a good idea.
