Default question on wheels

Can someone help lead me in the direction where I can either purchase these police wheels used OR help me find the part number so I can order them? if you fast forward to around 40 seconds or so in this youtube video you can get a good look at the wheels. I drive a 2002 Chevy Tahoe LT 4x4 -- doesn't matter if the wheels are 2000 or 2002 just looking for a similar match. Thank you!

Try tirerack.com

You may have to call since it may not be listed on their website. I know they had them for about $40 each

I of course might be wrong but those look like the spare tire rim located under most 99-06 truck/suv's with a chrome center cap.

Definitely a possibility.
