I'm ordering an SS speed grille tonight... free shipping 'til 11/27.

I can't decide if I should get the Stainless or the Chrome. I want plenty of shine but I'm actually worried the chrome might be too bright. I also am worried about rust so the Stainless might be the way to go.

 

What color is your tahoe? If black, go with chrome.

 

I agree, any dark color, go chrome. If you have white, stainless looks nice.

Where are you ordering the speed grill from? Please provide a link. I have a black 07 and would get the stainless steel version. I think the chrome is to much of a contrast.

 

I have the same debate. HOwever, the grille surround is chome. So it seems to me that would be the best match. I am afraid the stainless or any polished version may look strange and out of place?

stainless would look nicer in a chrome suround IMO.

 

I've been thinking about doing a different grill on my 2002 Tahoe....you guys have any pics or suggestions? I like the look of all grill in the middle....without the bow tie and plastic.....there are soooo many different kinds of grills...I'm afraid of getting something and not liking it!

 

I pulled the trigger on the stainless that evening before I got any replies. I did order from Stylin' concepts. I shopped for a long time and $165 shipped is a good price. May not be the best but close enough.
