My Burb leaks coolant at the connector for the upper radiator hose. I replaced the old hose recently, and when I put on the new one, I noticed that the connector wasn't round.

I've tried tightening the new hose really good, two clamps at a time, and putting some sealant between the hose and the connector, but no dice. Is there a good way to do this, or should I just replace the radiator?

 

If it is radiator with plastic end tanks, those can be replaced without replacing the entire radiator. If it's a standard brass radiator, it can be repaired. Both would require removal from the vehicle.
