Default Rain Sense Wipers and XM Radio

I have recently had problems with my Rain Sense wipers where they turn on by themselves with absolutely no moisture. The problem is not the heated fluid button either because it does not spray water at all and it is not always 3 consecutive wipes. It started out seemingly releated to the steering column because it would turn on whenever I would get in or out of the vehicle and would move the adjustable steering column. More recently though it has progressed to turn on while driving.

Dealer couldn't recreate so I've been living with it. And now my XM radio has started changing preset channels automatically. Sometimes it simply changes to another preset and other times it changes and then changes back. Am I driving Christine? Any chance these two problems are related?

FYI: I installed a Costal Tech GMX 320 about 1 1/2 ago. At times it seemed a little glitchy. I haven't had a chance to disconnect this to make sure it isn't the culprit. 2007 Tahoe LTZ. Thanks in advance!
