You may want to consider either RV and/or semi-truck ramps.

I was in Advance Auto Parts today, and they have some black plastic ramps that look like they would work. I didn't stop to look or measure, but they must be 14 - 15" wide.

The Rhino Ramps that are carried in auto parts stores are 11 inches wide. I just measured mine.

Not sure I'd want to crawl under a three ton truck sitting on plastic ramps. []

There are two ramps made by Rhino in Advance Auto and probably most other auto stores. The one is 11 inches wide and the other, higher rated set is 13 or 14" inches wide.
