Rear brakes

I have a 2001 suburban. I pulled the rear calipers and checked the pads and emergency brake pads. Now I have a severe rattle coming from the rear. The calipers are loose although the bolts are tight. Is this an "encapsulated thread compound" bolt? Or what do I do?
