So i was told that i most likely need to replace the AC Heater Blend Door Actuator. Sounds doable...however This particular model has both actuators between the blower and the exterior panel. ugh. So assuming that i can even get the screws removed, is this something that would require hvac refilling and stuff??? Or can I simply remove the old part and replace it with a new one?

 

Replacing blend door actuators should have no impact on the coolant charge in the system. I.e. you are not touching the refrigerant lines.
