rear controls getting very hot

rear controls getting very hot

I've noticed my rear ac/radio control gets pretty hot. Anyone else have this problem? I've seen it addressed on the 4wd selector, but not on the rear control.

Could be all the lites in the console.

I tested this evening. Correct. They get warm.
