Default Rear Heated Seats, Non-working

Hi all,

I'm new here so I'll do what I can to explain what is happening. Just bought a used Suburban LTZ and the back heated seats are not working. When I press the button nothing happens. I've replaced the 20a fuse in the dash and still nothing. From what I understand there should be a indicator that the seat heater has been activated. All other functions on the module are working, heat fan, radio, ETC. bur not the heated seat indicator. Where should I start?
