2001 Suburban heated seats not working
My 01 Suburban 2500 LS 6.0L heated seats are all not working. First it was one of the rear, now all 4. Not sure which fuse controls the seat heaters, but none of the fuses seem bad. Maybe its a relay, I just don't know which fuse or relay serves the heated seats. I found one "Fuse" on the drivers door interior area that said SEATS CB with a 25A silver looking fuse and swapped it with the same one for the power windows (both fuses work fornthe power windows). There are no lights coming on from the heated seat switches in the center console location from any of the 4 switches. The 3 that worked when I bought the vehicle, seem to have all gone out at the same/similar time.
If you know where the fuse or relay is for mine, please let me know. Or if you know how to troubleshoot this, I'm up for ideas. Thanks!

I'm confused. The '01 LS has cloth seats, and therefore no seat heaters. And as far as I know, the '01 LT (like mine) had only front heated seats, not quad heated seats. And there is no indicator on the center console - the controls (at least for the fronts) are in the doors with no indicators on the IP or center console.
Is this an aftermarket system?

Thought it was the LS, but might be the LT, either way the switches are along side the center console. They are up by the inner knee for the front two passengers and by the inner foot for the middle seat door passengers (don't have the center bench). These are leather all around and appear to be factory, not aftermarket. Either way there is no heat when turned on, no lights on the switches and I don't know where to find the fuse or if there is a relay.
Thanks.
Thanks.
probably a burned out/shorted heater element which seems to shut off all the seats. Check out the drivers side 1st as that's the one that gets the most work. Our 05 sub had a bad drivers side seat element and it caused all the others to be inoperative

In both my '01 and '08 Suburbans, which represent the 2000-2013 model years, the front heated seat controls are in the doors, and the heated seat controls for the rear seats in my '08 are at the rear of the center console.
Not trying to be a jerk, but are you sure this is a Suburban? Are you sure about the model year?
Can you post pictures?
Yes its a Suburban. See pics and comment if these are aftermarket.
Still would like to know where the fuse is. Anyone know??
