The cheapest way is to get a "refresher" kit and wipe a new surface
over your existing lights.
You can do a Suburban Taillight" search, and come up with several incandescent and LED type replacements. Most are quite expensive.
Also, you'll find Chrome Trim you can install, which helps the look a lot.
I too have a 03 burb, hope yours is running better than mine
